As a technician with the Ministry of the Environment I co-ordinate the activities of the hydrological and meteorological monitoring programs at the Dorset Environmental Science Centre. This Includes organizing the participation of students, partner agency staff and/or university scientists and graduate students with field experiments and surveys. As a MESc student at Nipissing University, my research focuses on the use of stable isotopes to estimate long-term average water balance conditions for headwater lakes in south-central Ontario.
